Day One requirements include an associate degree, 5+ years in sales/consulting related to benefits, an active Life & Health license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales, consulting, or related roles in employee benefits or insurance.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and market trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
• Build relationships with clients by understanding goals and benefits objectives.
• Lead client presentations and benefits strategy discussions.
• Maintain Salesforce records and pipeline activity.
