Job summary

Pearl Insurance is seeking a Client Relations Account Manager to join our growing team. You will manage high-volume client interactions to promote and renew coverage and sell ancillary products, ensuring excellent service.

You will coordinate with clients and underwriters through the underwriting process, present quotes, close sales, document activities in the CRM, and build enduring relationships beyond the first year of coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all levels within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high volume of client contact via phone, email, mail, and fax to promote and renew coverage.
• Facilitate underwriting process with the client and the internal underwriter, including sending applications and gathering forms.
• Present quotes, close sales, and gain market intelligence if renewal cannot be closed.
• Document sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain customer relationships beyond the first year of coverage.
