Job summary

Pearl Insurance is seeking a Client Relations Account Manager to promote and renew existing coverage to clients by phone, email, mail, and fax, coordinating with brokers and underwriters.

You will handle high-volume outreach, present quotes, close renewals, and document activity in the CRM while building lasting client relationships. A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing and a P&C license, plus prior sales or service experience in insurance, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively at all levels within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Promote and renew assigned Pearl Insurance coverage to existing clients via phone, email, mail, and fax.
• Facilitate the application and underwriting process with the client and internal underwriter; prepare information for submission.
• Present quotes or estimates to potential clients; close renewals and gather market intelligence when needed.
• Document sales activities in the CRM and build lasting client relationships beyond the first year.
• Serve as a back-up to other Client Relations Account Representatives when needed.
