Job summary

Pearl Insurance is seeking a Client Relations Account Manager to engage with existing clients via phone, email, and mail to promote and renew coverage, with a focus on building lasting relationships and handling renewals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing and prior sales or customer service experience, ideally in insurance, along with strong interpersonal skills for interfacing at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface effectively at all levels within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, mail, and fax to promote and renew coverage for Pearl Insurance clients.
• Facilitate application and underwriting processes with clients and internal underwriter.
• Present quotes and close sales; gather market intelligence when renewals can’t be closed.
• Document sales activities in the CRM system and maintain client relationships beyond first year.
