Job summary

Pearl Insurance is seeking a Client Relations Account Manager to join our growing team. The role focuses on promoting and renewing assigned coverage(s) to existing clients by phone and email, while coordinating with underwriters and brokers to streamline applications.

You will build relationships, document activities in the CRM, and back up other representatives as needed. A P&C license and a business-related degree are preferred, with prior sales or customer service experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high volume of customer contact via phone, email, mail, and fax to promote and renew coverage; sell ancillary products.
• Facilitate application and underwriting process with client and internal underwriter; prepare information for submission.
• Present quotes, close the sale, and gain market intelligence if renewal cannot be closed.
• Document sales activities in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain customer relationships after first year of coverage; respond to questions and requests.
• Serve as a back-up to other Client Relations Account Representatives when needed.
