Job summary

Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Business Insurance Services to promote and renew assigned Pearl Insurance coverage to existing clients over the phone and via email, mail, and fax. You will handle inquiries from policyholders and brokers regarding current coverages and upcoming renewals.

The role emphasizes high-volume client contact, underwriting coordination with internal teams, and maintaining strong client relationships beyond the first year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Promote and renew assigned Pearl Insurance coverage to existing clients by phone and email.
• Facilitate underwriting: send applications, gather forms and prepare information for submission.
• Present quotes, close sales, and gather market intelligence when renewals cannot be closed.
• Document activities in the CRM system and maintain client relationships after first year.
• Provide backup support to other Client Relations Account Representatives when needed.
