Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Manager in California to provide advanced support to Client Executive Service and to perform Client Administrator duties for existing clients. You may also serve as Client Executive Service for selected accounts, preparing for renewals and new business presentations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of top-tier client service, a valid CA Fire & Casualty license, and strong insurance knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 2-3 years of daily World Class Client service.
Unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors license required.
Advanced insurance designations preferred; continuing education encouraged.
Significantly exceed expectations if currently employed at Marsh McLennan Agency.
Solid understanding of insurance terminology and brokerage functions.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and present results clearly in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support to Client Executive Service and maintain Client Administrator duties at a high level.
Prepare renewal specifications and rough draft proposals.
Assist with marketing renewal business as directed by Client Executive.
Prepare experience modification projections and review calculations.
Review policy checking notes and ensure timely delivery of policies to clients.
Review loss run and claim status reports and prepare loss summaries.
