Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or ability to obtain within two to three months) and 1–2 years of Property & Casualty industry experience.
• Valid, unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors License.
• AAI, AINS or INS designation or willingness to pursue.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Client Administrators and Client Managers across all lines of Business Insurance according to procedures.
• Process mail, including mailing monthly installment invoices to clients.
• Prepare policies for policy checking and route to policy checkers; process policy to client or pending review if errors exist.
• Review endorsements for accuracy and coordinate with accounting for return premium checks if needed.
• Issue Auto ID Cards, create applications, and manage setup of iPads and schedules of insurance as requested.
