Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a client-focused team member to support insurance accounts in P&C and Life & Health lines. You’ll handle new and renewal submissions, maintain strong carrier relationships, and ensure accurate servicing of policies and endorsements.

The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and timely processing. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in insurance or customer service and holds an active P&C or L&H license, with proficiency in AMS360.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or related field.
• Active state-issued Insurance license (P&C and/or L&H) required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and provide prompt, professional service.
• Manage placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners across P&C and Life & Health lines; gather underwriting information and prepare submissions.
• Maintain carrier relationships to secure quotes and solutions for clients.
• Ensure renewal and retention of accounts through proactive service and relationship management; maintain AMS360 records.
• Collaborate with Producers and Senior Client Managers to handle policy changes, endorsements, and certificates efficiently.
