Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in insurance or customer service.
• Active P&C Insurance License or L&H Insurance License.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional service.
• Manage the placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners across P&C and Life & Health lines; assist with underwriting information and submission materials.
• Maintain strong carrier relationships to secure competitive quotes and solutions for clients.
• Ensure renewal and retention of accounts through proactive service and relationship management; keep AMS360 records up to date.
• Collaborate with Producers and other internal stakeholders to support client needs; handle policy changes, endorsements, and certificates efficiently.
