Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Hybrid Account Manager in Fullerton, CA to support Account Executives, oversee renewals, and answer client insurance questions. You will coordinate proposals, maintain client contacts, and help issue binders and invoices within a collaborative team.

The role requires 3–5 years of insurance experience, a Property & Casualty license, and strong proficiency with AMS/Applied/Epic and MS Office. Base pay ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually with benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of insurance experience.
• Property & Casualty License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to navigate AMS/Applied/Epic or similar systems.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executive in marketing and servicing clients within the account team.
• Lead renewals process by overseeing underwriting, account executives, and clients to ensure timely progression.
• Build relationships with clients and answer basic insurance questions.
• Maintain appropriate business contact with clients.
• Assist with issuing insurance binders and processing invoices for new and renewal policies.
• Update AMS/Applied/Epic systems and shared drives; reflect changes during coverage term.
