Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Proficiency with agency management systems, carrier portals, CRM tools, and standard office software.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple requests to completion.
• Professional, patient, and solution-oriented demeanor in client interactions.
• High level of integrity and commitment to regulatory compliance and ethical standards.
• Previous experience in an insurance agency or customer service environment; high school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes such as vehicle, driver, address, and coverage updates.
• Issue ID cards, certificates, and proofs of insurance.
• Handle billing and payment inquiries.
• Assist clients through the claims process.
• Coordinate mortgagee and lienholder updates with lenders.
• Proactively conduct renewal reviews and client outreach.
• Follow up on past-due accounts to prevent lapses in coverage.
• Identify opportunities to round out accounts with additional lines of coverage.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding through renewal.
