Job summary

HomeServices Insurance, Inc. is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Associate to review renewals, discuss premium changes, and identify gaps in coverage. You will remarket accounts and requote as needed while ensuring accurate policy information.

You will stay current on carrier offerings and requirements, document issues, and support clients with timely, professional service. Salary is $23.50–$28.70 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in personal lines customer service.
• Knowledge: knowledge of personal lines products, and strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and compare client’s current policies with renewal policies and investigate major premium increases.
• Advise clients on coverages and risk management; identify gaps in coverage or outdated information.
• Requote policies as needed; send applications/cancelation forms; issue new policies; enter data into agency management system.
