Qualifications

• Experience in customer service required
• Insurance or brokerage experience preferred
• Familiarity with policy documentation and processes is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional education or relevant experience preferred
• Obtaining Property & Casualty Insurance license within 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Provide prompt, professional, and accurate responses to client questions
• Assist with policy changes, renewals, documentation, and coverage reviews
• Process insurance documents with accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Proactively communicate with clients to ensure clarity and understanding
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service
• Maintain organized records and follow agency procedures
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience
