Job summary

Farm Family in Omaha, NE seeks a Client Support Specialist to join the Immediate Solutions team and work from our Omaha office. The CSS serves policyholders, agents, claimants, and partners, processing new claims and coordinating service vendors and inspection methods to ensure a positive customer experience.

This 100% in-office role requires knowledge of insurance claim processes, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining compliance and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Adjuster License as required by state regulations.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in insurance, claims, or a call center.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• The position is physically present in the company office.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications related to new claims and claim inquiries.
• Accurately gather loss information and establish claims in internal systems.
• Review claim details and determine appropriate service referrals, including repair programs, mitigation vendors, towing services, and methods of inspection.
• Interpret policy information and explain claims processes to policyholders, agents, and claimants.
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions while managing potentially stressful situations.
• Ensure claim files are properly documented and meet quality and compliance standards.
• Meet established productivity, quality, customer service, and operational performance metrics.
• Assist with digital claim intake and inbox management while adhering to established service level agreements.
• Collaborate with adjusters, vendors, agents, and internal departments to support efficient claim handling.
• Participate in cross-training, process improvement initiatives, and special projects as assigned.
• Maintain current knowledge of company procedures, state regulations, and industry best practices.
