Sompo in Mt Juliet, TN is seeking a Claim Operations Analyst to support claim file administration, documentation, and coverage review. You’ll deliver responsive service to claims professionals and stakeholders, while maintaining data integrity and timely processing of payments and reserves.

The role emphasizes multitasking in a fast-paced environment, collaboration across the claims organization, and opportunities to contribute to process improvements and operational excellence.

Competenze

• Preferred 1 year experience in claims support or operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to partner with stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Assist with the administration of claim files, including setup, documentation and coverage review.
• Deliver responsive service to Claims professionals, brokers, clients and stakeholders.
• Process claim-related transactions, payments and administrative activities with data accuracy.
• Manage competing priorities and drive timely resolution of work.
• Maintain accurate claim information across systems and support payments, reserves and related transactions.
