Sompo is seeking a Claim Operations Analyst to join its Claims Operations team in Purchase, NY. The role involves supporting claim file administration, processing transactions, and delivering responsive service to internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in claims support and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. The position offers a stable, full-time on-site role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Formación

• 1 year experience in claims support or related insurance environment preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage forms, and basic coverage analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Support the administration of claim files, including claim setup, documentation, and coverage review support.
• Deliver responsive service to Claims professionals, brokers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Process claim-related transactions, payment requests and administrative activities accurately while maintaining data integrity.
• Manage competing priorities, proactively identify issues, and drive timely resolution and delivery of work.
• Maintain accurate claim information across claims management systems and support timely processing of payments, reserves, and related transactions.
• Collaborate across the Claims organization to support operational objectives and process improvements.
