Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls and sign off calls per procedures.
• Handle FNOL motor insurance claims information with accuracy.
• Capture incident, vehicle, driver and third-party details thoroughly.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Prioritise workload and manage time effectively.
• Explain next steps and manage customer expectations clearly.
