Job summary

Intact is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Claims Department in the Customer Service Centre. You will provide legendary customer service, resolve inquiries, and document conversations with care in a fast-paced call centre.

Ideal candidates have 35 hours per week, strong communication skills, and a positive, can-do attitude. Insurance experience is a plus, and eligibility to work in Canada is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales preferred.
• Insurance experience is considered an asset.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert on our policies, products, services, and initiatives.
• Answer inquiry and new claims calls on an inbound queue and move requests forward with problem-solving.
• Accurately document files to reflect conversations and actions taken on claims.
