You will collaborate with Assured Operations, customers and third-party claimants, ensuring accurate, professional and prompt handling. A proactive, team-oriented, solutions-focused approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven administration experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience handling insurance claims is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage motor and property damage claims using bespoke system.
• Administer claims from incident to closure.
• Work with Assured Operations, customers and third-party claimants.
• Handle telephone calls, process weekly worksheets, maintain records.
• Support other admin areas and contribute to the wider office team.
