ServiceMaster Restore® is seeking a Claims Coordinator in Irvine, CA to manage the claims workflow, coordinate field dispatch, and ensure timely documentation and estimates. You will maintain daily follow-up with the OPS team to meet program guidelines and cycle times while providing proactive customer care and effective communication with homeowners and insurers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or applicable experience preferred; work experience will be considered.
• IICRC certifications preferred but not required: WTR, ASD, OCT, STC.

Responsibilities

• Understand of the claims flow process across Water Mitigation, Reconstruction, Contents, and Environmental work.
• Manage data entry for each claim from First Notice of Loss through to completion in the CRM system.
• Daily review of compliance tasks and ensure all job tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor and update jobs in the operating system to ensure efficient flow of claims and cycle times.
• Ensure photos and documents are described, titled, and uploaded in real time; obtain missing data from homeowner/insurance.
• Assist with job estimates and review final estimates for completeness per standards.
• Handle customer service issues and complaints, documenting actions and resolutions.
• Understand company cycle times and SLAs for each job phase.
• Make daily care calls to customers and communicate with adjusters as needed.
• Enter daily notes, contact participants, and escalate to manager as required.
• May assist with creating job estimates and support Estimator/Project Manager with final estimates.
