Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore 9728 - Redlands is seeking a Claims Coordinator to manage the end-to-end claims workflow. The role involves coordinating with customers, field staff, and the OPS team to ensure timely follow-up, documentation, and adherence to cycle times and SLAs.

A successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience with Xactimate, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with attention to detail and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of Xactimate experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and field teams to manage claims workflow from intake to completion.
• Enter and track data in the CRM and claims system, ensuring on-time task completion.
• Review compliance tasks and ensure all job tasks meet required SLAs.
• Prepare and review job estimates; assist with final estimates as needed.
• Maintain daily notes and communications with customers, adjusters, and internal teams.
