Job summary

• Strong organization, follow-up, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate analytical skills to define problems and interpret data.
• Proactive problem-solving and good listening skills.
• Intermediate skill level in PC software (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Flexible in work schedule as needed.
• Manages time to get the job done.
• Able to interact with diverse personalities and communication styles.

Responsibilities

• Meet quality measurement goals and follow QMS standards.
• Follow up for subjectivities and post-binding requirements.
• Ensure agency management files are fully documented per QMS.
• Relay requests for information from retailer to a licensed team member.
• Produce renewal letters for insurance coverage applications for transmittal to licensed staff.
• Communicate with retailers to obtain information for reviews, when allowed.
• Record responses of retailers to questions on applications.
• Receive calls for additional or replacement items for policies in force.
• Assist licensed team members with market submissions by compiling information from retailers.
• Relay bind requests and endorsement requests to markets/carriers as instructed.
