Job summary

WTW Group in San Francisco is seeking an Associated Broker to support placement, quotes, and analytics for key accounts. You will coordinate with internal and external partners, prepare submissions, and build client presentations.

The role requires 1–3 years’ experience, a Property & Casualty license within 3 months, and strong communication skills. The organization supports hybrid work and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience.
• Property and Casualty license required within 3 months.
• Solid presentation skills (written and oral).
• Relationship management and customer focus; collaborate internally.
• Negotiation skills with carriers and clients.
• Basic insurance knowledge and understanding of the business.
• Project management: timely task execution.
• End-to-end insurance process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Gather information and analytics to assess client risks for market placement.
• Develop client and prospect presentations to secure new and existing relationships.
• Research market solutions to identify optimum risk solutions for clients.
• Ensure quality and compliance procedures and processes are followed.
• Execute straightforward new business placement, renewals, and simple alterations under supervision.
• Record and maintain information on systems.
• Collaborate with analytics and other departments supporting broking.
• Complete training courses to build technical skills.
• Prepare draft submission documents and finalize submissions.
