Job summary

WTW is seeking an Associated Broker in the San Francisco area to assist with placement activity, prepare submissions, and provide analytics for key accounts. The role involves coordinating deadlines with internal and external colleagues and clients, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Under supervision, you will support straightforward new business placement, renewals, and simple alterations, while building client relationships and enhancing team results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years’ experience in the insurance/brokerage space.
• Property and Casualty license required within 3 months.
• Strong presentation, listening and note-taking skills.
• Relationship management and customer focus; teamwork with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Gather analytics to assess client risks and support placement into the market.
• Develop client and prospect presentations with mentors to secure and grow relationships.
• Research market solutions to identify optimum risk solutions for clients.
• Ensure quality and compliance procedures are followed.
• Execute new business placement, renewals, and simple alterations under supervision.
• Record information accurately in systems and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare draft submissions and finalize submissions for delivery.
• Review quotes and develop side-by-side comparisons.
• Prepare program proposals and perform file reviews.
