You will support clients from initial sale through binding, billing, and renewals, partnering with brokers and cross-functional teams to deliver value across the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes accurate data handling in AMS/CRM, efficient policy servicing, and proactive operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• 1+ year of experience in an insurance-related role.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, consistent responses to client and stakeholder inquiries.
• Maintain and update policy data in AMS and CRM with accuracy.
• Manage policy servicing requests including binding, cancellations, endorsements, and billing inquiries.
• Support COI requests working with Brokerage Ops Associate Support Representatives.
• Partner with brokers, carriers, wholesalers, and internal teams to service policies.
• Coordinate with clients and billing partners to resolve billing matters.
• Identify opportunities to add value through follow-up and process improvements.
• Document and refine day-to-day processes to improve efficiency.
