Job summary

Ultipro seeks a dedicated Customer Service Specialist in Bedford, IN to manage discount programs, answer inquiries, collect payments, and set up bill accounts. You’ll work with customers, help with policy changes, and coordinate with claim representatives.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 3 years of customer service experience (insurance preferred), and the ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license within a year. Monday–Friday schedule and benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 years of customer service experience, insurance experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain within a year.
• Knowledge of Farm Bureau discounts and programs or ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and professional with clients.
• Able to assist customers through technology with patience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers and discuss discounts.
• Resolve issues about discounts or programs.
• Reach out to customers and set appointments.
• Cross-sell related discounts and programs.
• Handle incoming calls and answer questions.
• Collect payments and process policy changes.
• Set up bill accounts and handle simple billing requests.
• Submit claims paperwork as requested by claim representatives.
• Provide proof of insurance documents as needed.
• Assist with INFB Health Plans as appropriate.
• Other duties assigned by management.
