The candidate will gather patient information, liaise with providers, and help Billing and Front Office. Starting pay is $20/hour with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), disability and life options, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preference for candidates with medical insurance and authorization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve complex insurance benefit issues.
• Obtain detailed patient information to submit to insurance carriers.
• Contact health care providers for referrals or information.
• Maintain strong attention to detail when transposing data.
• Guide Patient Care Coordinators through difficult accounts.
• Research benefit coverage to assist patients.
• Support Billing and Front Office as needed.
