Base pay range

$47.00/hr - $55.00/hr

Overview: Join our client's Workplace Investing Data Conversion and Implementation team as a Benefits Data Analyst within their expanding Health and Welfare organization. This role is pivotal in migrating internal client data from the current Health and Welfare (H&W) platform to a new system, ensuring seamless transitions and data integrity.

Hybrid (Open to RI, MA, and CT candidates) - Onsite 2 weeks per month in Smithfield, RI

Rate: 47-55/hr W-2

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration of internal client data from the existing H&W Benefits platform to the new platform.
  • Collaborate with clients, prior record keepers, and internal business/operations partners to facilitate data conversion projects.
  • Analyze client source data to identify issues, determine potential causes, and recommend remediation strategies.
  • Navigate organizational structures to bring together stakeholders, negotiate differences, and draw effective conclusions.
  • Apply Workplace Investing’s systems and processes, including analysis and data loading procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a data analysis role
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a solid understanding of organizational structures supporting project implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Health and Welfare benefits is required.
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with programming languages and relational databases
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrix-managed environment across multiple locations and functions.
  • Broad application/technology experience is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience dealing with project managers, benefits consultants, and actuaries.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
