Job summary

Rallyday Partners in Providence, Rhode Island is seeking an Insurance Benefits Specialist to verify benefits, explain coverage, and assist with inquiries. The role ensures compliance with insurance guidelines to support clean claim processing.

The candidate will gather patient information, liaise with providers, and help Billing and Front Office. Starting pay is $20/hour with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), disability and life options, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

What You'll Do:

• Identify and solve complex insurance benefit issues.
• Obtain detailed patient information to accurately submit to the proper insurance carriers.
• Contact health care providers to obtain referrals or additional information as necessary.
• Must maintain strong attention to detail to transpose data and information accurately.
• Guide and assist Patient Care Coordinators through difficult accounts.
• Provide information and assist patients when help is needed byresearching benefit coverage.
• Assist other departments as needed, including Billing and Front Office.

Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or GED as well as a basic understanding of health insurance benefits.
• Preference will be given to candidates with medical insurance and authorization knowledge.

Compensation Package:

• Starting at $20/hour, with compensation adjusted based on experience, skills, and role alignment
