• Fluent in English (oral and written) required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of Health Benefits and eligibility preferred.
• Good communication and telephone skills with a clear speaking voice.

• Moderate keyboarding with database management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to general customer inquiries about insurance benefits, provider contracts, reimbursement programs, eligibility, and claims.
• Analyze problems and provide information/solutions.
• Research and resolve aged customer service open calls.
• Operate HCPS and imaging systems to obtain and extract information.
• Maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with company functions.
• Report impacts of issues and suggest improvements.
• Follow quality guidelines to achieve service scores.
