Western Growers is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support the Eligibility and Financial Specialist team in Irvine, CA. You will assist with planning, training, auditing, and evaluating workflows while coordinating activities to meet quality standards.

You will improve processes, generate reports, and train staff in daily production methods. The role requires HIPAA knowledge and strong customer service across departments and vendors.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in accounting, finance, or business preferred with relevant experience.
• Three years of Eligibility Specialist and/or Financial Specialist experience.
• Advanced skills in prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management.
• Experience with HIPAA, COBRA, MEWA, PPACA, and ERISA regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EDI processing.

• Oversee day-to-day production and workflow.
• Train staff and identify training needs.
• Develop unit production reports and suggest workflow improvements.
• Interface with internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Maintain HIPAA compliant workstation and protect confidential data.
