Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years in customer service.
• Knowledge of health benefits and eligibility preferred.
• Clear speaking voice and strong written communication.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and perform data entry.
• Fluent in English; Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to general customer questions via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Analyze problems and provide information/solutions.
• Research and resolve aged customer service calls.
• Document activity for tracking and analysis.
• Identify service issues and coordinate with departments.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant workstation and protect data.
