You will handle inbound calls and digital outreach, document interactions, and work with agents, counselors, and government contacts to guide clients through the application process, while maintaining HIPAA compliance and quality standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 1-3 years in customer service
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with Agents and Counselors, and government contacts.
• Become a subject matter expert in HBEX, State Provided Programs, and HealthCare.Gov.
• Document information, activities, and changes accurately in the database.
• Adhere to call center quality guidelines and maintain HIPAA-compliant workstation procedures.
