Job summary

LendingTree is seeking an Account Executive for its insurance B2B sales team. You’ll partner with insurance professionals and small business owners nationwide to close deals through full-cycle sales, from discovery to close.

This hybrid role requires attendance at the Denver, CO or Seattle, WA offices Tuesday–Thursday, with remote work Monday and Friday. Base salary of $51,500 plus uncapped commission, and Year 1 on-target earnings of $85,000+.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in B2B, fintech, SaaS, or insurance settings.
• Ability to learn complex products and customer needs quickly.
• Strong communication and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with small business owners and insurance professionals via outbound calls and emails.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Meet monthly sales quotas and maintain an active pipeline.
