Job summary

LendingTree is seeking an Account Executive for its insurance B2B sales team. You will partner with insurance professionals and small business owners nationwide to drive growth, manage a full sales cycle, and achieve quota through outbound and inbound activities.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with in-office Tuesday–Thursday and remote Monday and Friday, base pay $51,500 with uncapped commission, and estimated Year 1 on-target earnings of $85,000+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in B2B, fintech, SaaS, insurance, or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to quickly learn complex products and customer needs.
• Strong communication and phone-based selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with small business owners and insurance professionals via outbound calls and emails.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline in Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance goals.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and drive team performance.
