Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Life Insurance architecture transformation teams. You will design and deliver target-state architectures, drive modernization initiatives, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant consulting, architecture, or technology experience.
3+ years of experience in Life Insurance, Annuities, or Group Benefits.
Experience with PAS platforms such as FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, and others.

Responsibilities

Support design and delivery of solution architectures for Life & Group Insurance transformation initiatives.
Develop architecture artifacts, solution designs, and technical specifications across policy administration, underwriting, claims, servicing, integrations, data, and reporting.
Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Contribute to target-state architecture roadmaps and modernization strategies.
Evaluate platform capabilities and support solution option assessments, including API and cloud-based considerations.
