EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks an AI leader to drive innovation and delivery across its Insurance portfolio, guiding the full lifecycle of AI solutions from ideation to production.

You will shape strategy, lead multidisciplinary teams, and build new capabilities in a fast-evolving market. In this remote role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to define AI vision, manage end-to-end data science and ML programs, mentor staff, and grow the practice.

Competenze

• 10+ years in data science leadership roles in insurance or related fields.
• 5+ years in leadership with team management.
• Strong communication to diverse audiences.
• Hands-on experience in computer vision, NLP, recommender systems, or time series analytics.
• ML engineering and production delivery, including ML/LLMOps.
• Knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, or agentic orchestration tools (LangChain, Omnigent, Semantic Kernel).
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Understanding of the modern AI software development lifecycle for AI products.
• Consulting experience in a professional services environment.
