Farmers Insurance District 1311 is seeking an Insurance Agent to drive new business, deliver tailored coverage, and provide exceptional service for clients across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial products.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, relationship-building, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A license (P&C and/or Life & Health) or the willingness to obtain quickly is expected. Mon-Fri schedule with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred).
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence and positivity in outbound calling and closing deals.
• Coachable mindset with a learner’s attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain quickly).
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
