No prior insurance experience is required—learn products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance, build client relationships, generate leads, and meet team goals while growing professionally through mentorship and a collaborative

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are preferred but not required to apply. Licensing support and guidance are available for the right candidate.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Comfortable working toward individual and team sales goals.
• Willingness to accept coaching, take initiative, and apply feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or relationship-building is a plus, but not required.
