Job summary

Farmers Insurance - Richard Rappa District Office in Savannah, GA seeks a driven sales professional to build client relationships and identify insurance solutions that fit goals.

You will sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines, deliver excellent service, and work toward agency growth and potential ownership.

Requires 1+ year in sales or related field; licenses are preferred or willingness to obtain them; paid training and advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales, customer service, or related field.
• Experience in consultative sales to individuals or small businesses is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; outbound calling and closing sales.
• Licenses for Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health preferred, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert new leads into long-term clients.
• Consult with individuals and businesses to assess insurance needs and provide coverage options.
• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies.
• Deliver superior customer service through regular client contact and policy reviews.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets to contribute to agency growth.
• Stay updated on products, market trends, and compliance regulations.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals.
• Participate in team meetings and support agency-wide sales initiatives.
