• Develop strong prospecting, follow-up and referral skills.
• Learn how to explain coverage based on value — not simply price.
• Use modern CRM, communication and sales technology to manage opportunities.
• Participate in sales training, coaching, role-play and professional development.
• Learn the daily operations and business fundamentals of a successful insurance agency.
• Work toward individual production and development goals.
• Gain exposure to leadership, planning and business-development skills required to grow an agency.
