Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies.
• Build lasting customer relationships through ongoing service and reviews.
• Follow up with leads via calls, messages, and other channels.
• Work toward individual sales goals and agency growth.
• Maintain knowledge of products and compliance requirements.
• Use CRM to organize leads and customer information.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and sales strategy sessions.
