Eric Uzeta Agency in Long Beach, CA, is seeking an Insurance Agent to join our team. This role offers base pay plus uncapped commission, paid training, and clear career growth.

You will connect with prospects through leads and referrals, work with both English and Spanish-speaking clients, and help clients choose appropriate Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance products. Ongoing coaching and sales training are provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• California Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain licensed.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through leads, referrals, outbound calls, and follow-up.

The Eric Uzeta Agency is looking for a motivated Insurance Agent to join our Long Beach team. This is a sales-focused opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and working toward goals.

You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching while developing your insurance knowledge and sales skills.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position.

What You'll Do
