As an Agent in Development, you will gain hands-on experience in sales, client service, and business operations while building skills for long-term advancement within Farmers Insurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in sales, customer service, business development, leadership, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to complete licensing requirements.
• Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred (not required at hire).
