Farmers Insurance - AZ & CO District Offices is offering an Agent Development Program in Phoenix. You will join an established Farmers agency to gain hands-on experience in sales, client service, and business operations while preparing for long-term leadership opportunities.

You’ll be mentored by experienced agents, build client relationships, identify needs, and progress through milestones in a structured 2–3 year track with licensing support provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in sales, customer service, business development, leadership, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to complete licensing requirements.
• Licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health preferred (not required at hire).
• Must be located in or willing to commute to the Phoenix Metro area.
