Farmers Insurance is seeking an Agent Apprentice to build a long-term career in insurance sales. You’ll work with an experienced agency team to develop your sales skills, insurance knowledge, and client relationships.

This is a performance-driven role with base pay plus uncapped commission, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Previous sales experience or a track record of meeting goals is required.

Qualifications

• Sales or insurance experience or demonstrated success meeting goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to obtain required licensing.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospects through leads, referrals, outbound calls, and follow-up.
• Learn client needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify cross-selling and additional coverage opportunities.
• Manage sales pipeline and follow-up consistently.
• Work toward individual and agency production goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales coaching and insurance training.
