Farmers Insurance is seeking an Agent Apprentice to build a long-term career in insurance sales. You’ll work with an experienced agency team to develop your sales skills, insurance knowledge, and client relationships.

This is a performance-driven role with base pay plus uncapped commission, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. Previous sales experience or a track record of meeting goals is required.

We're looking for a motivated Agent Apprentice who wants to build a long-term career in insurance sales.

You'll work directly with an experienced agency team while developing your sales skills, insurance knowledge, and client relationships. This is a performance-driven role for someone who enjoys working toward goals, earning commission, and continuing to grow professionally.

Previous sales experience or a demonstrated history of meeting measurable goals is required.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospects through leads, referrals, outbound calls, and follow-up

• Learn about each client's needs and recommend appropriate coverage

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Build relationships with new and existing customers

• Identify cross-selling and additional coverage opportunities

• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up

• Work toward individual and agency production goals

• Participate in ongoing sales coaching and insurance training

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience or demonstrated success working toward measurable goals

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale

• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing
