Farmers Insurance is seeking motivated individuals to join its Agent Apprentice Program, a pathway to develop future insurance professionals and business leaders. You'll train in an innovative facility with access to Farmers systems, proven processes, hands-on coaching, and full support of one of the nation's premier insurers.

Throughout the program, you'll receive mentorship from successful Farmers professionals who have built careers and understand what it takes to succeed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Obtain Property & Casualty license through the sponsored licensing program.
• Generate quotes and recommend insurance solutions.
• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella Insurance products.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Learn key performance metrics and business fundamentals.
• Gain exposure to marketing, leadership, recruiting, sales management and growth strategies.
