Insurance Agent / Agency Owner

I am looking for someone I can train to become an Agency Owner within a year.

You will be required to learn our proven sales system and, as a manager, to help hire and train new agents. I am looking for a strong team leader who is willing to put his or her heart and soul into his or her work.

This position offers an incredible commission structure.

We have a streamlined lead generation system, so there is no cold calling involved.

The system puts you in front of qualified buyers who have a need for the product.

Our lead generation system involves mailing thousands of letters weekly to homeowners who recently bought or refinanced a home. The letter states that we will pay off their mortgage in case of death or critical illness/disability, or make payments for them. Clients interested in this protection fill out mini-applications requesting a callback to discuss options. There is no cold calling; only interested clients are contacted.

Basic Job Description :

• This is a remote (work from home) position.
• Calling clients, setting appointments, discussing suitable mortgage protection plans, and filling out electronic applications.
• Full-time agents typically handle 12 to 15 families weekly.

Some agents start part-time and transition to full-time. Compensation includes 100% commissions, bonuses, passive income opportunities for mentors, team leaders, key leaders, and agency owners.
